Moving to 4G networks: we're discontinuing the JA-192Y communicator

As of 30 June, we're ending sales of the 2G JA-192Y communicator. The reason is the gradual switch-off of 2G mobile networks across Europe.
A replacement is ready – for new installations, it's well worth moving straight to 4G communicators.
4G communicators for the JA-100+ system
🟡 JA-191Y – an additional 4G communicator for the JA-100K, JA-101K and JA-106K control panels.
🟡 JA-194Y and JA-194Y-LITE – a replacement for the JA-192Y in the JA-103K and JA-107K control panels.
✅ TIP: We recommend running down your JA-192Y stock gradually and planning for 4G models on both new installations and service call-outs.
What happens to older systems?
2G networks are being replaced by 4G and 5G technologies. Installations that rely on 2G will therefore lose connectivity – SMS and voice reports will stop working, along with data communication to JABLOTRON Cloud, MyJABLOTRON and the ARC. On control panels with a LAN communicator, data communication will keep working; SMS, calls and the backup for internet outages will no longer be available.
Older systems (the JA-80, JA-60 series, etc.) do not support 4G – the solution is to switch to JA-100+ or Mercury. For universal communicators (GD-04K, GD-02K-DIN and older), we're preparing an alternative in the form of the smallest Mercury control panel. For GSM car alarms (CA-2103, CA-1803 and older), we're not planning a replacement.
